Refund policy

At City of Skills, we strive to provide the highest quality courses, digital services, and training programs. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Service Delivery – If the service/course delivered does not match the description provided on our website.

  • Technical Issues – If you face technical problems that prevent access to our course or services, and our support team is unable to resolve them.

  • Duplicate Payment – If you are charged more than once for the same service.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@cityofskills.com within 7 days of your purchase.

  2. Provide your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after purchasing a course/service.

  • If you fail to use the service within the subscription/validity period.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

  • If you provide incorrect details (e.g., email address or account info) that prevent delivery of services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders/services can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at haseeb@cityofskills.com.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible, but you may still request a refund if eligible under the conditions listed above.

Replacement Policy (if applicable)

For downloadable products, courses, or digital content:

  • If you receive the wrong course/service access, we will provide the correct one at no additional cost.

  • There is no need to return digital items.
